I also read he didn't want those other pictures of her the next day to get out. He knew he would be headed to jail if there was a trial.
It's not what I hoped, but I'd be lying if I said I'm not glad this story will be out of the news now. It was a real downer, more so than other scandalous celeb stories, IMO. He may have gotten off for this but I'm betting he'll get busted for something else. People who do dumb things and don't get treatment or even learn their lesson usually do it again or get busted for some other illegal or suspicious activity.
