Stone Jam and Show Time are great nod
It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.

This changes daily, but here goes...

Miles Davis: Kind Of Blue (1959)
The quintessential post-bop jazz album.

Jamiroquai: Return Of The Space Cowboy (1994)
The first band I really got into back when I was a young funkster... back when they were actually a true funk band.

Herbie Hancock: Headhunters (1974)
The album that 'sophisticized' the funk (hey, I just invented a new word!)

Jimi Hendrix: Band Of Gypsys (1970)
My favourite live album. The best rock trio ever? perhaps.

Prince: 1999 (1982)
Like most of you, my favourite Prince album changes daily, but this is the one that comes closest to truly defining his sound in my opinion.
