I think Cheap Trick is the coolest band on the planet.

They took an oddball lineup (2 cool guys, 2 weirdo dorks), wrote scads of the most singable rock songs ever (well, Rick Nielsen did anyway), developed a reputation as the best rock show on the road, and have been doing it for 30+ years.

Can't wait for the cd to come out next week

Cheap Trick is vastly underated. Imo.

One of the greatest rock bands around. Every so called "power pop" band owes them a royalty check.

and they owe the Beatles a huge check on top of it!

my 'Rockford' thread a few years back was a surprising success. Let's try this again when the album comes out, with some reviews.
