I know there are a few rockers and Satch fans on here so what do you think of the new album? I've just dumped it into iTunes so am having a first listen.

I bought this last week. It's a mixed bag. The band seem like they're all trying too hard accomodate eachother at times. It really works when they let Satriani loose. The first track and Runnin' Out is the only songs that i can't really get on. The rest is pretty decent and i like the two obvious pop songs - Sexy Little Thing and My Kinda Girl. I hope theres another album, they just have to get the balance right.

Hell to the naw! Supergroups(whatever that is) always suck. I'll wait for the real Van halen record.

The biggest tone from Satch I've yet heard. Awesome. Which is basically why I bought the album
