Aretha says she likes the following acts and more... In a recent interview with a California radio station in advance of
her concert on June 26th at the Hollywood Bowl in LA, she was asked what artsits she like, and she there are so many, but upon pondering aloud she spilled forth the following names: The Four Tops, Smokey (Robinson), Fantasia, Jill Scott, Chrisette Michelle and Rapheal Saddiq. Franklin, the longtime heraled Queen of Soul, stated her favorite songwriters are: Burt Bachrach, Carole Bayer Sager, Holland Dozier and Holland and Babyface. She is scheduled to perform in concert in the following cities: Las Vegas, Nevada June 17 and 19th Los Angeles, California June 26th Washington DC July 4th Detroit, Michigan July 11th New York City, New York July 18th CONCERT FOR MANDELA w/ Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Queen Latifah, Wyclef Jean, and more New York City, New York September 17th and 18th at Radio City Music Hall Music Royalty in Motion | |
