I love the hell out of me some Jamiroquai!!! I really dug "Virtual Insanity" when it came out but I didn't get into the rest Jamiroquai's work until about a month ago when I made myself an Incognito station on Pandora.com. They play it all over my station and now I am just HOOKED and kicking myself for missing out for so long!

I love this song now but I didn't become a Jamiroquai fan until 1999 when they released 'Synkronized'.It was fun going back and picking up the earlier albums that I had missed.

I was watching MTV alot at that time and saw it come by everyday. Sometimes twice a day. lol

But yeah that's a great song and video.

That+ Canned Heat and Deeper Underground which had a sick synth bassline got me into them.

"Canned Heat" is the song that turned me into a Jamiroquai fan lol In the summer of 1999,I was in a record store and they were playing the 'Synchronized' CD which apparently had just been released. It sounded so good to me,I had to ask the clerk what it was, lol. She handed me the CD and I bought it on the spot! I couldn't believe that a modern-day band was making this type of music in 1999.

I remember that one when it was out and didn't care too much for it. Too midtempo and jazz sounding. I much prefer their sound from the 2000s which is a lot faster and disco sounding.
Andy is a four letter word.
