Help with a song, please!!! Hi All
I need some help here. I was shopping yesterday and out of sudden this song came out of the radio there. It's sung by a man (sounds like Daryl Hall) I guess it must be of the late 70's or early 80's. Musically (and melodically) it's a combination of "What a fool believes" by the Doobie Brothers and "Kiss On My List" by Hall & Oates. And the chorus says "Why are you still away" (or still awake?) and then the words... "tonight"... and "all right" OMG, I can't even remember any other word!! Any idea of the title song and the singer?? Please!!  "America is a continent..." |

I love this song, as well as his song "Hot Rod Hearts". "Steal Away" was on a K-Tel album I had, called Soundwaves. It also had this weird dude named Prince singing "I Wanna Be Your Lover". Been hooked ever since.  | |
