Why did he leave the show for good after the incident? So that it looks more real? And because he's been to tons and tons of those things so it's hardly like the event of a life time.

All I know is he got ass in his face, he looked offended, and he left. If it's a joke, and I doubt it is, it's a convincing one indeed.

Why did he leave the show for good after the incident? Why not? Any bodyguard worth his pay would not have let Borat get near Eminem, not to mention the convenient position he was in. Ultimately, that's why it is phoney...how could he land so conveniently in THAT position on THAT guy. It was staged comedy. Like pro wrestling is staged action. "New Power slide...."

A man's man like EM would never allowed himself to get teabagged in front of millions.
Indeed, it was staged by the producers, but EM had no input. Public comeuppance is a real bitch---and so is Eminem. [Edited 6/1/09 16:59pm]

Thank about it, there are real hip-hop fans, gangstas, thugs, gang members & hustlers that will dis Em for not whipping Sasha/Bruno ass (not pun intended!) for that bullshit. Music career over. Right! But think about it, Eminem lost his street cred YEARS AGO when he ripped on Michael and BET took his shit off while MTV of course kept it on there. Now they're doing the same thing to him they did to others - embarrassing him. Now this definitely doesn't give him any kudos in the hip-hop community, they'll think he was a buster for real after this. He acted like a diva when he left. Shit the fact that EM was given street cred shows that the rap game is as phony as wrestling, lets also not forget the man behind this clown and the other clown 50 cent....Dr Dre. But wasn't he scheduled to close the show or do another number? If it was staged I would expect him to come back out and perform and that would show he was a good sport or he was in on it, or whatever. Like I mentioned, I don't know one way or the other but I had a damn good laugh. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

No. Well I'm not saying it. I think they should've RAN outta there IMHO! By the way this is all staged, none of this is spur of the moment, its known, its planned its written. Its like that show the HILLS, peeps actually thought that stuff wasnt scripted, all this stuff is scripted, thats the saddest part, is that someone actually writes these things "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F

Honestly i think this is some carry over shit from Nick Cannon, since Nick is MTV's slut boy, he will do anything for a $$ at that network, i dont doubt that he was deep in the mix somewhere, its about his maturity of comedy. But to be honest this got people talking about EM, and no one has been talking about that new record at all, and now he got free pub. I think he had a right to be offended, I mean Em has said and done some messed up stuff, but I've never seen him put his ass in someone's face-at least not yet I feel bad for him.

I bet all his rapper friends like (Dr. Dre, 50 cent) are laughing like crazy They're probably thinking- what a freakin wuss he is to run away b/c someone shoved their ass in his face.

Apparently the first choice for the prank was Paris Hilton initally, and Eminem was the second choice.
http://perezhilton.com/20...teabagging Sacha Baron Cohen practically 69'd Eminem at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night! The rehearsed stunt went down when Cohen's character, Bruno, lost control while flying over the audience while hooked to a wire and landed with his butt conveniently in Feminem's face. That then caused the "hardcore" rapper to walk out. Though insiders reveal that producer Mark Burnett had cleared the prank with Eminem beforehand. But now we're learning that Eminem wasn't even MTV's first choice for the pre-panned skit. In fact, turns out Paris Hilton was the first choice! But the hotel heiress declined to participate, reports Life & Style. The insider reveals that "Paris is quite happy she turned down the offer." No word yet on Eminem's reaction, though we're sure he'll try to include Bruno in one of his shiteous songs! [Edited 6/1/09 17:19pm]

The point is why the hell would Eminem approve of such a stunt??? I sure wouldn't like it if someone's ass got shoved at my face.
Or did need some PR for that new CD of his? [Edited 6/1/09 21:39pm]

Maybe some aspects of it were planned, but I just can't imagine Eminem would be okay with having someone, and especially another man at that, stick their bare ass in his face. Nah, I just don't buy it. I think he'd be too worried about his image to agree to that. Doing something like that certainly wouldn't help his bad boy image he likes to portray. I don't think it was that funny anyway. Rather unhygienic if you ask me. I'd be pissed too if I were Em. Post MTV Humiliation photo
Dressed to impress in his finest trackpants and hoodie, Eminem and his crew of bodyguards made a trip to Travis Barker’s store Fast Life in Los Angeles last night (June 1). After Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards incident with Sacha Baron Cohen as Bruno took place, one would think he was to humiliated to come out in public the very next day. Unless, of course, it was all planned. Bruno was wearing an angel wing, buttless outfit while being suspended from a ceiling scaffold when he landed rear first on Eminem’s face. The hardcore rapper — who makes a living by making fun of celebrities — went into an apparent rage after what had just happened to him. After making a huge fuss about it, he stormed off not to seen the rest of the night. While Em remained tight-lipped about the incident last night, speculation continues to grow. TV Guide claims they’re “certain” that the Eminem-Bruno stunt was prearranged. “There’s no way it was an accident,” an industry insider who was seated a few rows in front of Eminem says. “You don’t let two stars collide without a detailed plan.” Their proof? The speakers up in the ceiling that Bruno ran into were apparently lowered into his path during the previous commercial break. That bit of equipment manipulation — coupled with the director’s cut to Eminem several seconds before Bruno’s landing on him — is what their spy calls “the smoking gun.” TV Guide adds that Eminem’s outburst was all an act. “Everyone was laughing about it during the next break,” says our source, “especially the MTV staffers.” Meanwhile, Lil Wayne didn’t weigh in on whether the Bruno stunt was staged, but he did tell MTV: “I was expecting the unexpected… with him. I didn’t understand it, but it was cool.” [Edited 6/1/09 22:54pm]
