Classic stuff man ! From this cat who left us too soon rose dove "The Love You Give To Me" is such a deep track. Very intense combination of bassline, guitar, strings ... the whole thang.
I think Herbie was a good buddy of him. They performed together on various sessions. Some albums of Webster are still on my checklist, such as these :







I also dig "Dreams" from the project which he recorded with Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra. Such a great vibe in this one :

Classic gem ! Appears also on Merry Clayton's album, and Webster's recording of "El Bobo" has a same sorta intro, lol :
