This song is HORRIBLE disbelief It makes "Dancing On The Ceiling" sound like a masterpiece.I can't believe that Lionel is willing to ruin his legacy with whack songs like this. That Commodores reunion can't come soon enough!!!! At least it will finally remind people of what an amazing artist/performer he was back in the 70s.His new solo stuff is embarrassing.

Dancing On The Ceiling, album and song, was a masterpiece, and truly his peak. He was quite popular with Can't Slow Down, and had a slew of hits, but Dancing On The Ceiling really put him over the top. Every song is so strong on that album, whereas there's probably 1 or 2 I could do without on Can't Slow Down. And the bonus track is a hoot. "Night Train". Reminds me of how Sheila E.'s 3rd CD ended with that same great kind of train song that was a rollicking good time.

I prefer to remember Lionel like this ===> .

Heck, even this was better ===>
• Did you first think Prince was gay? •

Wendy: He’s a girl, for sure, but he’s not gay. He looked at me like a gay woman would look at another woman. Lisa: Totally. He’s like a fancy lesbian.

According to hitdailydouble,Lionel's new CD sold a disapointing 19,000 copies in its first week, not even debuting in the Top 20....a certified flop lol Good!! Now he can re-join The Commodores for a reunion. He can't make any more excuses, since his solo career is doing so poorly right now.

I liked the ballads Say Yeah and Visions from Natural High.
Those ballads were totally different from the shit he did
in the 90's until now.

I agree nod Those ballads are excellent.Even when Lionel got overly schmaltzy ("Three Times A Lady",for example),you still had some funky jams on the album. It was a perfect balance. The other guys didn't allow him to totally abandon the funk.
