Queen wants to talk to Adam Lambert from AI Adam Lambert, who recently lost the American Idol competition to Kris Allen, might be joining Queen. In the show's finale episode Adam, also known as, Glambert, sang duets with both Kiss and Queen. As usual he fit right in. With Queen he wore these fence-like shoulder pads, huge black boots, and the rocker attitude. Even though he didn't have as much make-up as the original Kiss band members he looked like he fit right in.
Lambert also performed with Queen. It was a more somber performance, but again Lambert fits right into that rocker style. It looks like he belongs and the performance was one of the best all season. Queen has been missing a front man since 1991 when Freddy Mercury died. Now, nothing has been set in stone. There are no direct plans. Queen has even mentioned that they are not looking to rush into finding a front man. That being said they mentioned that they like Adam, think he has serious vocal skills. They are hoping to at least sit down and talk to him. They want to collaborate on something whether it be a song, an album, or the fact that they want him as part of Queen. Either way, the band wants to have a sit down with Adam and I am sure the feeling is mutual. I don't know if it's the smartest thing for Adam to jump into a band as their main singer right when your done with Idol. But it's an amazing opportunity to work with one of the most iconic bands of all time. You know your good when Queen comes knocking on your door. Again, there has been no major plans and Adam and Queen haven't even had time to sit down and talk. Paul Rodgers is no longer with Queen. By the way, Elvis died the other day.

No, he wore the shoulder pads with KISS, not Queen. Now, nothing has been set in stone. There are no direct plans. Queen has even mentioned that they are not looking to rush into finding a front man.
