He took a sample of The Main Ingredient's "Let Me Prove My Love To You" which is mainly the melody of "You Don't Know My Name".
Even that little piano-loop which Alicia seems to play is also sampled from The Main Ingredient's original.



So a major part which is recognisable is a repeated loop from The Main Ingredient, with Alica's vocals and some background-vocals added to the mix.
Imo, that's not co-writing but more like re-arranging an already-excisting melody.

btw, I think a group Alicia rips off is The Lovelites. They're not well known but even the singer sounds like Alicia.
