Are you 'Stuck in the 80's'?

Stuck in the 80's is a podcast dedicated to that great decade of music, movies, the one-hit wonders, and everything 80's. The discussions can get a bit cheezy at times between the hosts, when they act like teenyboppers. It's all good fun tho. The music is mostly pop-oriented so it doesn't get into other genres, but you hear bits of it on the one-hit wonder podcasts. Some interviews include: Pat Benatar, Patty Smyth, Andy Taylor (former Duran Duran guitarist, awesome interview!), Molly Ringwald, Thomas Dolby, Kenny Loggins, former MTV VJ's, Deborah Gibson, Martin Fry, Olivia Newton-John, John Oates and many others.

It's available on ITunes.

Does anybody have other podcast suggestions?

Admittingly, I am still nostalgic about the 80's.

Sadly, I am so stuck in the 80's I don't even own an iPod!

So I can't recommend anything like you are intending, however I will endorse Pandora.com as a great source to find ANY music and make your "own station" devoted to all things 80's and other genres. It's at pandora dot com and totally free... and I believe you can put it on your iPod and cell phone too.

I use Pandora as well. It's improved over the last year. I've only created stations by artist or genre. Now I'll expand to songs and see what they come up with.

Gosh, I am sooooo stuck in the 80's. I need help.
I am convinced Beyonce's career would not be where it is, if she had dark skin.

No but when I hear music from back then, it reminds me of simpler times.

I came off age in the 80s, so it will always be a special era for me. And I also think those that came of age then witness the last of mega superstars: Madonna(even though she ain't that talented to me), MJ, Prince and Bruce Springstein.

nod Count me in on that too. Besides Prince and a couple of current tunes that I can actually tolerate, 80's music is the stuff that I seem to listen to the most.

I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
