Albums That Everyone Should Not Be Without..

I was talking with a friend of mine, about certain albums one should have in their collection. Not having these albums, would mean getting your butt kicked. What are your picks?

Here are a few of mine....

1. Aja - Steely Dan
2. Songs In The Key Of Life - Stevie Wonder
3. Sign O' The Times - Prince
4. Talking Book - Stevie Wonder
5. Frampton Comes Alive - Peter Frampton
6. Abbey Road - The Beatles
7. Live at the Filmore East - The Allman Brothers.
8. Off The Wall - Michael Jackson
9. Ten - Pearl Jam
10. Nevermind - Nirvana

1. Sign O The Times (Prince)
2. Thriller (Michael Jackson)
3. Destroyer (Kiss)
4. Violator (Depeche Mode)
5. Funeral (Arcade Fire)
6. Let's Get it On (Marvin Gaye)
7. Kid A (Radiohead)
8. Post (Bjork)
9. Magical Mystery Tour (The Beatles)
10. Neither Fish Nor Flesh (Terence Trent D'arby)

Like most of us I could easily do a top 100 - but i think limiting it to 10 is the challenge.

Guys, this is a good list so far. I forgot to mention that you don't have to limit it to 10 like I did. I only did because those were the one's of the top of my head, I do have much more, like "Let it be", "Darkside of the Moon". Don't limit yourself....

That's a good question, lol. But I look at it this way, I would like to see the size of the my girlfriend's twelve year-old niece's list, (she simply cannot live without lil' Wayne). It would be much shorter.

I like what I am seeing so far, guys. One of the reasons why I created this posts was due to the fact that my collection needs updating and I have lost allot of music due to people stealing, hard drive crashes, etc. I am seeing that allot of us are going back and picking up classics. Keep them coming!!
