paligap said: That's What Love Is Made Of I've heard many say the same thing, if only they'd been with Motown their music careers would've turned out differently. Hm.. I don't know, in highnsight I think signing with (Casablanca) was the wrong move; I thought Captiol Records dropping them was foolish. Some thought of the Sylvers as the "red-headed step child" of The Jacksons, I strongly disagree. Yea, their music goes waaaaay beyond the very few sugar pop tunes they did. As far as the record companies, I don't know how they go about making a decision what's re-released and what's not. But it would appears to me if you have people listening to music on U-Tube, IMEEM and lastfm, shouldn't you make it available? I swear they are all stuck on stupid. I'm convinced all 4 are waiting for someone to topple Apple/iTunes/Mr. Jobs before they released much of anything else to digital download. These companies wonder why P2P sharing in some aspects and/or pirate Cd's continues, still not giving the customer what they want. ...[/quote] | |
