I'm not sure if the music radio stations in Chicago still play music. On the rare occasion I tune in, it's either another funckin 5 min long commercial or some "radio personality" doing their shnick. I turn on my radio at home just so it gets used. I'm not sure if you can allow anything to sit without playing/using for extended periods of time. Damn whoever thought it would come to this!

the expo the night before. Tickets are 25 dollars and up.

Charlie will perform his Gap Band stuff. You can believe that. He will probably do a Gap Band show with a couple of recent songs mixed in. Besides, the Gap Band has been mostly Charlie and one other brother (I think Lonnie) performing live in recent years. It's worth it.

I haven't listened to standard radio in the longest time. It's just a waste of time. Why bother when I already know all I'll be hearing is the same 5 or 6 crappy songs over and over?

Once in a while I'll bust out an Oldies station, but even those can get repetitive.

I am a BIG fan of CBC radio though. My anglo ass will even listen to the French programming, just to support Canadian content.

When I do listen to the radio, I'm always hearing "Blame It" and that's one song I can do without hearing all the time.

Who listens to the radio anymore?

I have not listened to the radio in probably ten years, unless it is talk or news radio. I like to listen to what I am in the mood for at the time, not what somebody else wants me to here.
