Who would play Prince?! (AND OTHER PARTS OF THE FILM IF U HAVE ANY GOOD SUGGESTIONS)

I think Andre3000 from Outkast should play P... he doesn't look like him, but he has his 'heart' hahaha

If I was producing a P flick, I'd find a unknown that could play his role. My bud Julian from "Julian's Ride" could probably do him some justice.

(And like Jimi) P's aura is so huge and mysterious, I don't think a bio-pic will capture any of his "brilliant royalty".

We all know who's going to play Prince...Beyonce.

documentaries in general dont sell well, and in Variety they had an article last week saying that musical or rocumentaries are doing very bad right now... even though documentaries with political/social themes are doing good at the moment.

If I am producing I'm not worried about sales. I simply want the best product possible. I do not think anyone has ANY chance to pull off "playing Prince". He's too iconic and too talented to be reproduced believably.

Andre 3000 shouldn't be anywhere near a Prince movie set. He looks nothing like him and his work has never reminded me of Prince. I know he's a Prince fan, but that's as far as it goes. Sorry I had to say it.
