I don't think Tina Turner did this Prince song justice.... It's alright, but I'll take Prince's original any day...

I was always curious to hear what her version of this would sound like. I don't think it suits her voice. "When You Were Mine" might have suited her better, but Cyndi OWNS that song now. Even Prince can't get it back. She really cleaned up the lyrics in a way Prince would be proud of too. Although he likely wouldn't have removed the god reference. | |
