Has a lot of material in it. I'm curious as to how the 5.1 surround version sounds. I have their other albums in 5.1 and they all sound great.

Just finished listening to the album. It's EXCELLENT! I LOVE IT!

I just got their new record. I'm only a casual fan of their music, but I think the new record is really brilliant.

I love the music video for Wrong.

The album debuted at #3 this week on the Billboard chart. Not bad.

I really like the album. It's very keyboard dominated and stripped down. But layered at the same time if that makes any sense. It's gotta a laid back vibe even when it's up tempo. It may be the least angst ridden dark DM album they've ever done. Actually kinda upbeat and bit joyous here and there. I think overall it's an ode to the early 80's approach. And the 5 extra tracks that are the deluxe edition are excellent. It's like a Sounds of The Universe Disc 2. They should've made it an official double album. But for those who have the extra tracks, it kinda is.

Good 2 know that, after Wrong, the next single 2 b released is Peace. I love that song!

Btw, the deluxe box set is pretty cool with quite a lot of content. I'm not an uber fan, just kind of a collector.

Peace sounds like its 1985 again.

I've seen alot of dislike for new album. I think it's quite good. Maybe because it's not overly dark or over produced this time around. I dunno. Great summer album. Kinda lite and breezy for DM. In a good way.

I also got U2's box set and although I love U2 and the new album, the box set kinda pales in comparison for content alone. I think they could've at least gave us some bouns tracks, remixes small making-of film something extra. I dunno.
It's going to take awile to get through all the content of the DM box set. That's a good thing.

It's pretty good. Not sure if it'll be one of their iconic ones, but it's still pretty good.

Haven't listen to demos yet but I can tell you the extra/bonus tracks on deluxe set are excellent. Like I've stated before DM should've made SOTU a double album release because of the quality of these tracks.

The demo tracks are really cool to listen to - Martin's classic demos are very stripped back, simple drum machines and synth and his vocals. It's fun to hear Martin singing the songs that Dave obviously is intended to sing. It's also good to hear how the songs would evolve from this raw and minimalist take to the lush productions they would become.

The more current demos have a little more production value and instrumentation from Dave especially.
