I apologize if this is a thread already lol but has anyone heard Chris Brown's apology song to Rihanna? What's ur opinion of the song?

Let me guess he is gonna release it, and give all the proceeds to domestic abuse causes and we are all gonna forgive his abuse of a woman, just like we do for James Brown and Rick James.

Well damn. I think we could have pretty much ended the thread with this post.

No it doesnt matter if he goes to jail or not...testify shmestify..whatever...this thread is about the song....and how he acting like he didnt do anything...its written as if he is the victim.

lol The song is a tragedy on tape and total image repair...nothing more, nothing less. At points, the song sounds like he's playing mind games and laying down a guilt trip on Rihanna...maybe even the public for punishing just him instead of both of them for the incident, which is what should have been done because nobody knows what really happened. That's probably why he's sounding all victimized because he got screwed by the double standard that men aren't supposed to hit women...even in self-defense, which may or may not be the case here. It's a ploy to get back into everybody's good graces...dude, don't give two shits about Rihanna especially since he's been photographed recently wooing another girl. If he had not agreed to put up that happy couple facade, this incident may not have happened (publicly anyway) and his Doublemint commercials would still be playing non-stop. This is what happens when you're being fake.
