i can't figure this out... i always end up watching these bullshit awards shows like the freakin billboard music awards... i never end up liking any of the performances/performers... ... no one that i want to win is even nominated, so that eliminates the whole, "i hope so&so gets this one" aspect... ... and i always end up getting very angry and bitching throughout the whole damn program... ...

i don't know what the hell my problem is... ...

i wonder if this is anything like when people can't help but stare at car accidents...

Let's face it...Just like we have our list of guilty pleasures when it comes to music, tv shows, and movies, award shows are right up there. You know 9 times out of 10 you are going to turn the tv off and wonder why you watched it in the first place. You damned if you do, but in a way you are damned if you don't, because you want to see how bad it really is, plus it's water cooler (or in our case message board) conversation, and yeah a sad reminder about the state and future of music.
