"I think I'm goin' crazy"

WTF I was listening to the album Black Sunday, and the song fades out right before that part! I guess I never listened to Black Sunday that much, but for some reason I thought it was on the LP?

It must have been removed for sample clearance reasons, but I can't say I know what "I think I'm goin' crazy" is from. Do you recognize that voice?

So I asked around irl and found out this sample never appeared on the Black Sunday album when it was released, and only appeared in the video and on the single...

The sample-site above posted "Four In The Morning" from the Youngbloods as a reference, so i first listened to that on youtube but not the sample anywhere in sight.
Then i googled "i think i'm going crazy" and "youngbloods" , et voila, lol
