How do I know? It's well known that she's under a conservatorship that requires frequent updates about the status of her health.

Plus she was never diagonsed as being an alcoholic or a drug addict.

This is a perfect example when people who don't know what they're talking about need to shut the fuck up .

Her dad looks like he could kick his ass, and i wouldn't blame him so i hope he doesn't squeak and cry cause i don't think he would get much sympathy.

Anyway, it wont come to that, i can already hear Jamie tripping over himself apologizing and eating shit pie as we speak.

Regardless, Jamie is the one that ends up looking foolish here. Picking on some 16 year old who hasn't even done anything to him, please, he is pathetic. He wouldn't like it if someone talked about his daughter like that, so he needs to stop. Him and his whole crew on that radio show sound low class and ignorant. Jamie's ego is totally out of control. I think he's a good actor, but he's such an assh*le. He needs to check his attitude.

lol Jamie suffers from the same disease that Kanye has: Egomania.

He's been like this since he won that Oscar. I stopped taking him seriously after 'Ray', just like I stopped taking Kanye seriously after he made that comment about Bush not liking black people...only difference between the two of them is that Jamie is actually a comedian and comedians usually make jokes about anybody.

Honestly, picking on anyone on any level should be looked down. Kids pick on kids and probably say way worse things than this. If something mean is said, it's still going to be mean whether it comes from the mouth of a 16 year or a 66 yar old. I think that if Miley wasn't doing things that a child shouldn't be doing, Jamie wouldn't have talked shit about her. Backlash is one of the downpoints to fame (lack of privacy being another), but she continues to want to be in the entertainment biz, so she may have to learn to deal with it if she wants to continue being a celebrity.

Just like Jamie may get backlash for saying this; she's getting the backlash for the questionable things that she's done over recent months. Money and fame do not make her an adult and that's something that her parents need to constantly re-iterate to her until she turns 18...maybe even to themselves. She's a child, and her parents should treat her like one and stop allowing her to do things that just give people reasons to make negative comments about her. I've seen magazines where they belittle celebrity babies because they don't match..and those are infants. There are people who have hate sites dedicated to this girl, so it's not like Jamie is the only one saying negative things about her. Fame has proven to be cruel to many people in the public eye...age has never mattered. Just my twocents

Being a fan isn't the point. When your wrong, your wrong. People who spread inaccuracies need to be called out for it. This is how lies, rumors, and total bullshit is created and probably why you asked how do I know, like the statement might have an ounce of truth in it. But after a while it's almost like it doesn't even matter because it gets repeated OVER and OVER and OVER again that the lie eventually, like Michael Jackson says in Billie Jean, "..becomes the truth."

And what a rude thing for these grown ass people calling a child a, "white bitch" and telling her to grow up. Unbelievable, embarrasing, and totally uncalled for.

Now if a group of white radio hosts go on the air tomorrow and one person calls up and asks, "Did yal hear what that bastard Jamie Foxx said?" And they go, "Who the hell is Jamie Foxx?" And one jockey in the background responds, "The [N word no no no! snip - luv4u] who won an Oscar 4 or 5 years ago, you know the one in Ray?" while another asks, "The one with the big ass nose?" it would be World War III.

It's not right and people need to stop being afraid of calling these assholes out.

Didnt he refer to her as a "white bitch"? And I dont think he will get a pass on this one because Miley Cyrus is huuuge right now--she's looked at as "America's Sweetheart", and you just dont talk trash about America's Sweetheart and walk away unscathed.

I think his cohort, who's a woman, called her a "white bitch".

Which is ironic because Claudia (a former Miss USA runner-up/winner/whatever)
is half-white.

I don't even know why they felt it was worthy to discuss...granted I don't know how it was brought up but it's Miley Cyrus. who cares what she says? Yes, it's ludicrous for her to make a comment on Radiohead over such a thing but she's a kid? While popular she's still a kid. And not a kid who has a history of thought provoking comments or having strong opinions over anything truly worthy. Why bother?

Sounds like they were on the phone with somebody who was recounting the Miley-Radiohead Grammy incident, so they started cracking on her...

I just saw the promo for "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on tonight, and guess who's Jay's guest? Jamie Foxx! In the promo, Jay asked Jamie "Now what's going on with you and Miley Cyrus? Did you say something inappropriate?" and Jamie responds sheepishly "...yeah...". The Clean Up Begins!

Acting AND comedy. I'll admit that I enjoy his stand-up concerts....I even enjoy it when he sticks music in his routine. I love his Prince imitations and his comedic musical ode to Serna Williams...but the infantile r&b schtick as a recording artist has got.to.go. The man has talent, he has chops, was playing piano on the gala circuit since he was a young teen before he hit it big. But frankly,I could do without yet another dude singing about the VIP Lounge.
. With all his gifts it would be nice to see him, somebody, anybody cater to a demographic for mature, intelligent grown folks' r&b. The market is lacking, to say the least... neutral

He will apologize soon...lolol

The comments were wrong. Miley cannot help the way YHWH created her..

Miley is way more popular with whites..

..and when White folk don't like these black celebrities or black preofessionals in general, their careers take large dives..or is over.

..and his movie is being released this week?

lololol. Yeah.. An apology is coming... Maybe a duet.

It's desperation to get more listeners. Satellite Radio was just a bad idea.. They've been paying celebrities big $$$ to attract listners for years, and it just doesn't work. People have to pay alot for nearly everything for a few people in suits.

Jamie apologized on Jay Leno to Miley yesterday, but he should do it in person to her directly. Even though he states that on his radio show they joke on everyone, and that his show is like the "Black Howard Stern", He said he was so sorry that he said that, and that once what he said got out, that it was smeared as though he was doing an "all out attack" on her. But, he should have realized that she is still a very, young girl, with many young fans, and she and her fans, may not understand the way he tells jokes. Jamie needs to apologize to her in person.

lolol

He better apologize...

Everything is planned.. (even the joke).

It's a publicity grab to gain attention for his release, but it could back-fire.

When anyone says things "controversial" from Hollywood or just in the media, I look at it as an opportunity for self-promotion, and to "get people talking" about someone that was not so important before they made the comments.
