anyone got this new album? usually i do not like them, but this song is great

i dont particularly care for Oasis either. They come from my hometown. However, 'slide away' is a master piece. I loce the lyrics to that song. "i've treid praying but i don't know what your saying to me'. gonna listen to that now.

Noel is far too lazy now.

It's sad to see a guy with so much talent not only admitting that he does the bare minimum for each new album, but is quite proud of the fact.

The frustrating thing is that he's obviously still capable of writing an awesome tune (e.g. Falling Down).

I'm a fellow Manc too, I got bored after the second album. Bonehead was right, they should have split after Knebworth...

Liam's "Songbird" was quite beautiful. I mean, it's a bit clumsy but that's a part of its charm.
