Closet? What closet?

I've been happily enjoying 'Death Magnetic' since it came out. Oh, and I've rediscovered Pantera again after dusting off 'The Great Southern Trendkill'.

Loved it in my teens and early 20s, but haven't listened to it recently and have no interest in anything new that's considered metal for the past 10+ years.

Have you ventured into 'System Of A Down'? It's definitely worth a listen.

That's my least favourite Pantera effort. I felt they'd lost their edge by then.

I do like "Far Beyond.."., but there's something about the production that doesn' do it for me. Bit too dry or something. Can't put my finger on it.

"Reinventing..." doesn't get much love from the fans, but Yesterday Don't Mean Shit, Revolution Is My Name, Goddamn Electric, Hellbound and You've Got To Belong To It are all top notch tracks, for my money.

Seriously shite album cover though!

Great documentary! I love all forms of metal myself.

I love Dismember, Bolt Thrower, Carnage, God Macabre, Cathedral, Testament, Annihilator, Riot, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath with Dio on vocals), Queensryche, Anthrax, Stormtroopers of Death, Carcass, Venom, Motorhead, etc.
