is it safe to say her career is almost through just like her heroine janet jackson? i used to think ciara had so much potential but now it seems her music has just become cliched, generic r&b. i hope she gets it together.

I didn't have to listen to it. The song's title sucks. I wish she and Janet stop saying "swag". confused

maybe the world is just sing of divas that use whispery voices over overproduced music. Maybe music is finally making the shift and people want real talent again

Wrong writers, wrong producers and limited talent. Bad combination.

Supposedly her and Jazze Pha had a falling out. The Neptunes and Rodney were probably too busy for her sad

The whole industry is dead anyway, i mean what do people think artists are gonna sell now??? Sales are down 58% since 2000, and almost 30% since 2005 alone, so if you think this chick or anyone else can move more than 300,000 when all is said and done you are smoking, and thats with airplay, magazines, photoshoots, scandals, reality shows, and payola.

It not a cover, but Harold and the Bluenotes should be getting some money for the sample (if they still around).

edit: to express my disgust at Kiss my Swag - didn't get past the 14 second mark. Garbage. I have noticed with these girl singers as soon as they start worrying more about if they look sexy in the video rather than the music they put out it is all over for them.

So many have gone that route - you can add Toni Braxton to Mya and Janet and Brandi. Damn shame.

For me I'm not interested in sales. I just wanted some good fun music some of which was found on the last album.

It's amazingly horrible. As is the album cover. This project is destined to fail. She'll need more than Love Sex Magic to save it.
