The 09 VMAs are still about 5 months away but I think it's becoming pretty obvious who is gonna be nominated in certain categories. In the Best Female Video category, I think the following have it locked up. Who deserves to take it home?

Are they even going to have a VMA's this year? Where will they hold it? At a warehouse off 42nd street in New York City? Considering that they don't play music videos anymore and don't even have TRL to expose huge artists, what's the point?
