I haven't heard anything new regarding his condition.I hope that means he is doing okay as he waits for a kidney transplant.
My all-time favorite Barry White song is "Love Makin Music" from his 1980 album 'Sheet Music'.This song was released as a single back then,but it never became a big hit.It's one of his most impressive songs ever...lush and hypnotic,with the sexiest background vocals I've ever heard on ANY song! Trust me,this is the perfect song to play during your next romantic encounter.Trust me on this!!!  | |

I have always loved this song and it was worthy of being a big hit. By this time, Barry had stop dominating the charts as he was in the 70's. This song is stellar!!! My parents used to play this album alot when it first came out. Another one of my all time favorite BW songs is on this album, the title track "Sheet Music". Barry was masterful at incorporating those violins and cellos within the strong rhythmic shifts that were commonplace in his songs. His music will surely stand the test of time. They craft music music like Barry anymore. More of my favorite BW moments... ***Playing Your Game Baby...Another one of my favorite BW tracks. This song has been sampled a few times over the years.
