She HAS slimmed down. lol

I'd be shocked if she puts out her next album and she looks smaller than she did when she first came out. lol

Still a favorite. I know I sound like an old head, but man, how do we get this conscience back into hip hop?

I think it was released in 2006. It must not have been widely distributed, because I can't find anything on it. I remember she was promoting it on KJLH a while back. Here's a link on VH1 that I found for a video.

That makes two female emcees with new albums coming out that I'm gonna cop. The other one is the forthcoming LP from Jean Grae entitled "Cake or Die".
Keep your headphones on.

"I'm a Flava Unit emcee, and that means I'm one of the roughest, the deffest, toughest, the bestest... quickestemceerappersintheplace, but if you try to swift, I'm a punch you in your face." ~ 1993 :pauses tape:

I've always loved Queen as an emcee more than a songstress. So this is great news to hear. I even bought her greatest hits just to get "Go Head." I have all of her studio albums from 1989 - 1998.

I skipped out on seeing her perform live with her last effort because she wasn't rapping and I wanted to hear her perform stuff from All Hail The Queen, Order In The Court and Black Reign -- which is my favorite Latifah album and one of my classic discs. Hopefully this album will be released and promoted with a proper tour.
