This is a "song" by Ice T and his heavy metal band, Bodycount which, back in 1992 caused lots of controversy. The song was later banned & removed from all future pressings of the album.

Here's an old interview from around that time, with the Australian TV reporter, Jana Wendt:

Here's a more recent one with Rove where he also discusses the song, at the 3:12 mark.

Rove didn't do his homework once again. lol

Ice-T done set him straight. lol cool

BC's first album is good, but it is ironic that he goes from singing about cops to playing one on TV

Actually it would only be ironic if he had become a cop, and then killed in the line of duty.
Playing a cop on television is just like his music-entertainment. That's not irony. No more ironic than playing a rapper in one movie and a cop in the next.

Exactly. Have we 4gotten that he played a cop in "New Jack City" during the height of the gangster rap era? He played the role as only Ice could do it just like he played the classic villian "Danny-UP" on "New York Undercover", and anti heroes in "Tresspass" and "Ricochet".
