Oh, this is a concept magazine called Visionaire. They are said to be the most expensive magazine in the world. Each issue is done with a different material,concept,form,design,layout. So example one issue could be a Ivory Bowling Bowl and they would somehow bring that to life placing a issue together. And that would be the issue. It seems they have similar price rates for subscriptions.

But I was wondering if anyone knew who Tom Assman was. And I think you are right when you say it isn't meat and potatoes. It's ringtone/elevator/Heard in the lounge area before a DJ's show type music. So my hope is someone knows the history of this record & gives some background. I found a single but it's not clear who was the original producer of this rework.
