look at Jantje Smit Jantje Smit is not an international popstar, he's not selling records outside of the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Selling millions, like Gaga does, does say something.....and the fact that she can back up her success in a performance like the one posted above, says something as well.....exactly that separates her from the Britneys, Lindsy Lohans & Hillary Duffs..... You don't like her because she is pop & successful, meh.....that's pretty boring & shallow on your part. there's tons of artists that sell millions who are shit and i don't like her because she's annoying to me

Alright, the more I see of these live performances, the more respect I have for her. Pretty cool that she changes it up so much with each performance.
Those two singles just bug me though--it's like all the charm that you can see in these videos is just sucked out in the studio versions.

OH GAWD! I've resisted Lady Gaga as long as I could, but I just watched the video for 'Love Game' and now I think I MUST have this album
Finally a hyped up artist who can actually live up to the hype She is pure entertainment If you will, so will I

I thought she was another boring R'n'B girl who teams up with a boring rapper. But the full album is good, perfect pop music for 2008/09. Btw, a lot of her songs have a 90s Eurodance feel to them, but with different beats and a bit slower. The chord progressions, synth lines. Remidn me of Ace of Base, Le Clic etc. She even admitted that she loves Ace Of Bace. maybe she will bring back the 90s.

Here's one of my favourite tracks on it: I was almost waiting for that to turn into "owner of a lonely heart" at the beginning.

I was so turned off by the fact that she worked with Akon, but I still liked the song This latest song however was irresistible! I loved the video too I must have he album now...but why do I feel like a sell-out If you will, so will I

Finally a hyped up artist who can actually live up to the hype She is pure entertainment JUST VIEW HER AS A GOOD TIME. No need to get caught up in bullshit, I don't know why Americans can't just accept POP. When I'm on a dancefloor, fuck everybody I'm DANCING. American music has enough loaded bullshit already. She's just a good time. When I'm listening to her, I'm having fun and being fabulous. That's all her first album should be.

He really is not that big of a presence on the track anyway. I don't even really think of him or Colby when I listen to the song, that's how much Gaga dominates it. It's funny, I don't even think about Akon being on it at all hardly. The album has no Akon presence whatever really except him being in the video and saying "Kon Vict"? lol I guess.

It sounds current and very today. That's what I like most about the production on The Fame. It's so fresh sounding and up-to-date.
