Upset Stomach-Stevie Wonder Does anyone remember this song from Stevie Wonder? It's from the "Last Dragon" soundtrack. I came across this today. I love this song! [Edited 4/2/09 16:43pm]

I haven't heard the song before, but that's a pitiful title if I ever saw one! Stevie had an upset stomach from a broken heart. I bought the soundtrack back in the day for the Vanity song and didn't think anything else on the record was worth hearing again. Even Vanity's "7th Heaven" is a little lame compared to her Wild Animal LP. Sounded like an outtake that wasn't good enough for her album to me.

"7th Heaven" had a good beat and was certainly more mainstream than most of the stuff on "Wild Animal" but it didn't go anywhere. As for the album being a total loss, "First Time On A Ferris Wheel" with Smokey and Syretta is kind of nice in a smalzty sort of way and you can't deny "The Rhythm Of the Night" (DeBarge).

The Last Dragon is an American classic! "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

I forgot Debarge is on there. But if I really want to hear "Rhythm Of The Night", I'll pull out my Ultimate Debarge Collection CD, not this.

I can deny "Rhythm Of The Night".That song is horrible It's the worst DeBarge single ever....cheesy and dumb.Vanity's "7th Heaven" is also disappointing, with lousy vocals over a sterile mid-80s groove.I may eventually get the DVD (for nostalgia purposes) but I don't think I need the soundtrack at all.

No, it's actually one of Diane Warren's best songs ever (I know, that doesn't sound like much). "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I always felt like that about the DeBarge song and they played it ALOT. Video equally sucks.
