I have two copies of the Bell and James album on vinyl.Interestingly,one of the copies contains the extended,7-minute version of "Livin It Up" that you posted.The other copy contains the short,single version.I'm guessing that one of these copies is the promo version of the album.

I also have their second album on vinyl,but I'm not too impressed with it.

In addition to "Livin It Up",the first album also boasts great tunes like "3-Way Love Affair" and "Ask Billie (They Tell Me)"...

I love it. I have it on a "Disco Nights" compilation. When that drum break starts, that's when I like to start fading in Prince's "I Wanna Be Your Lover". Sometimes I can start it just at the right moment and keep mixing on into some of the opening lyrics.

I guess this is a perfect song for today
