Thanks carl. That was really cool. Is that from the docu "The Greatest Unknown Guitarist In The World"? Roy had an offer to play with The Stones but turned them down.
Roy had that "biting, on the edge" Tele sound. He was great. Jeff Beck and Jimi loved him too. That was cool seeing him jam with Shuggie Otis. Shuggie almost looked like a young Kirk Hammett.. (but played better than Kirk). | |
