I recently fell in love (again) with this British band from the 1990s. For some odd reason, I never bought one of their albums back in the days, that's a mistake definitely going to be corrected. I particularly dig their early period (up to "Dog Man Star") when the fabulous Bernard Butler was still in the band. My favourite Suede song at the moment is "Stay Together":

I really like the 2nd half of dogmanstar. Slightly odd for me as I usually don't go for the melodramatic, overblown stuff, but those show-tune type ballads always really suck me in. Brett Anderson's a bit too much of a prancing dandy for me to really like Suede much, but I wouldn't deny that they had their moments.
