A lot of the stuff Teddy, Gene, and a few others did hold up well, but some albums didn't. I just bought Abstrac's albuma and it didn't stand the test of time. A lot of NJS songs didn't. I agree.Many of the New Jack swing songs sounded great in the late 80s/early 90s but I rarely listen to this stuff now.That music didn't age very well,imo. | |

Big Bub (the lead singer) had a few solo albums that were pretty good..... Didn't it always happen that way back then,that the groups were bulit around the one member with the most talent and the others were just hired hands? | |
