Fleetwood Mac! I'm going to see them at Madison Square Garden on Thursay. They're one of my all-time favorite bands, and witchy goddess Stevie Nicks is one of my favorite singers. Anyone else a Mac fan?
Some Mac to enjoy in this thread:

I like Christine as much as the next guy, but I don't think the band suffers at all without her. It'd be nice if she were there, but she was always my third favorite songwriter in the band.

I was all set to see them but not for $150.00 per ticket. Music is the language of the spirit. It opens the secret of life bringing peace, abolishing strife. --Kahlil Gibran

As unflashy and mostly in the background as she was, it don't feel right without her at all. I would personally feel cheated without her there. 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

They're one of my favorite bands, but I've decided not to go see them this time around. It's not a real reunion without Christine McVie.

It wouldn't be the same without Christine, but I really would like to see them once especially to hear "Rhiannon" and "Dreams" live. I'm gonna try my darndest to win tickets, cuz I really can't afford to spend money on concerts. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

Yes, I've been a man my whole life. Now, as far as Fleetwood Mac is concerned.....I couldn't see the fascination with Stevie Nicks.... Stevie Wonder, yeah, I can understand.... Stevie (Stephen) Marley, yes him too. But Stevie Nicks? Nah. Her voice was always pretty awful to me. Altho' she was kinda attractive.....so I suppose there's that.

I can let you know the setlist after the show. I'm pretty sure they won't sing those songs, but on the last tour, they closed with "Don't Stop" when I saw them, which seems fitting. Otherwise, they didn't do any of her songs. They've always been respectful of her and acknowledged that they wish she would be there, but she won't.

There was even talk with their last tour that Sheryl Crow would be joining them -- but then, according to something I read recently in a Stevie Nicks' interview, Sheryl had to back out of the plan as Fleetwood Mac's tour grew. Still, I wonder if SHE would have sung Christine's songs then.

I would love to see them on a double bill or something like that, but that's it.

I don't know how to do this show justice with a brief description...but it was amazing. Stevie's voice was outstanding, and Lindsay is one of the most incredible and underrated guitarists today. And they did Storms! That's one of my favorites. If you love Fleetwood Mac, you'll be blown away. Here's the setlist:
Monday Morning The Chain Dreams I Know I’m Not Wrong Gypsy Go Insane Rhiannon Second Hand News Tusk Sara Big Love Landslide Never Going Back Again Storms Say You Love Me Gold Dust Woman Oh Well I’m So Afraid Stand Back Go Your Own Way World Turning Don’t Stop Silver Springs
