William "Wee Gee" Howard, former lead singer of the Dramatics.
Enjoy this uplifting, inspirational song

It is not known why FuNkeNsteiN capitalizes his name as he does, though some speculate sunlight deficiency caused by the most pimpified white guy afro in Nordic history.
