Which Stevie songs did Aretha cover? Did she at all? Of course she did "Until You..." but was there anymore?
I could imagine her doing Love's In Need, Evil, Maybe My Baby, Ribbon in The Sky and Blame It On the Sun. Well, I can imagine her doing almost anything by SW!

I'm not aware of anymore. If I'm not mistaken, the only reason she redid UYCBTM, was because her producer played her the track and thought it was great for her. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

too sad. Honestly, shouldn't she have sung a Stevie classic instead Touch My Body?

She did "I Love Every Little Thing About You" on her WITH EVERYTHING I FEEL IN ME album in 1974.
Regarding "Until You Come Back To Me", Stevie called Aretha and told her to send someone down to get the tape, because he had one for her. In concert she has done "All Is Fair In Love" and has done "Isn't She Lovely" with The Four Tops live. She and Stevie have jammed on "Freeway Of Love" two times live and they jammed on "Until You Come Back To Me" at the Lady of Soul Awards in 2005 in LA, and they jammed in 1977 at the Jazz Fest in New Orleans on "Rock With You" (from the SPARKLE) album. I could have sworn that Stevie's version was released, but didn't do anything. Then Arif arranged it for her. We need to call Stevie tomorrow on his show and verify. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Aretha's version came out in 1974. [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTnCHP-9Wdo Music Royalty in Motion

Stevie recorded it in 1966 but either he didn't wanna release it or Motown didn't release it (the label had control of him at the time) so I'm going for the latter. Luckily for Stevie, after gaining control, he had the power to do what he wanted and he was supposed to give it to Gladys but there was some miscommunication and he ended up giving it to Aretha. Gladys still gets on Stevie for that, lol.
