That's unconfirmed, some fans say it might be some DJ Frankie who remixed Flo Rida recently or something.

Also, Guy said next week for the other producer. wink

Madonna records new track with Oakenfold

Madonna has recorded two new tracks with dance producer Paul Oakenfold.
The singer has scheduled two weeks of studio time to record new material for her upcoming greatest hits collection, according to her publicist Guy Oseary.
'Had a good day with Madonna in the studio yesterday,' Oseary wrote on her website.
'She worked on an amazing dance track with Paul Oakenfold producing - no title yet but will keep you posted. She also started a second one, so we are hoping to have two tracks done this week.'
'Next week she is working with another producer on one more track. Two of the tracks from these sessions will be on the Greatest Hits album.'
Madonna's upcoming collection will mark her final album with Warner Records after she reportedly signed a $120 million (£86.6m) deal with concert promoter Live Nation.

why are you laughing? I love the first album which was produced and co-written by Afro-Americans, so was LAV and her whole songs with Steve Bray.
Not to mention how much I love Hard Candy and BS.

But it's the only song from HC I dislike.

MADONNA on TWITTER!

Madonna is back in the studio today with producer Paul Oakenfold and she has something to say about it via Guy Oseary's Twitter page:

"Paul Oakenfold is running around the studio naked.. because I won't put the air on.. it's hot in here.. but the music is hotter!!!! M."

Paul himself replied to a fan and told him to "come early to the show and let's start the party early..."
"Really looking forward to seeing yall... and I take requests" Oakenfold also wrote.

And then Guy looked quite pleased by their working session and said "Finally listening to the track!!!.. been waiting and waiting for the right mix.. another great DANCE track.."

yeah, if that's her name. She could sing those songs perfectly and highlight the blackness of some of Madonna's songs.

Dude, watching the Confessions Tour dvd now. The production is sick! OFF THE CHAIN! Forgot how good this was when i saw it live 3x. Best opening to any show ever! Music and Erotica are fiyah! So is Let it Will Be, and the Like A Virgin performance, the Sorry dancing, the middle eastern shit, Get Together - man, this was a SHOW. The last time she was GREAT - watch her dance in "Music."

Had more live instrumentation been used and had Niki come back (and been more prominently featured, along with Donna) this would be her BEST TOUR EVER. But there's not and they aren't so Girlie Show still wins.

Niki and Madonna will never work together again.

Which is a damn shame. I miss the energy Madonna, Niki and Donna had on stage 2gether. There was always a very loving synergy 2 it.

Supposedly the Hard Candy track that's being replaced by a classic in the tour setlist is not "Spanish Lesson". Also, it might be "Holiday", not "Who's That Girl".

I guess it's either the "Get Stupid" video, or "Miles Away", because they might not want to remind of the UK flop...

It's a fan on Madonna Fanzine forum who has some insider info, they knew about Oakenfold weeks before Guy confirmed it.

Madge can't scrap Miles Away, its one of the highlights of the show when everyone hands claps in unison at the end. And the song, despite its bad sales, is one of her best for years! The lady should scrap Ray of Light or Hung Up from the finale, she's played them to death in the last few years.

Also the ones who come to the concert are her fans and might like MA - whatever chart success it had.

Not a good argument, she's visiting several countries for the first time and she's gonna play to people who never saw her and they will be more excited to hear "Ray Of Light" & "Hung Up".

I do agree that it was a great live performance, but if something has to be dropped and it's not "Spanish Lesson", then I'd say "MA" is the most likely one to be gone. Unless she really drops "Give It 2 Me", but that was a real hit in many European countries so it would be weird to drop that one.

I don't think she should drop either Give it to Me or Miles Away. She should drop one of the non-singles from HC. At the concert, I went to Miles Away got a fantastic response.
I'm not too excited about Holiday. She's played it so many times. I would much prefer to hear Who's That Girl which has not been performed that much.
