And once again, a piece of shameless self-promotion ... It's Friday night, and you know that means it's time for our radio show Midnight Soulstice! In recent weeks, we had many specials with various guests (Mandrill, The New Birth, Leroy Hutson, Lonnie Liston Smith, Fred Wesley), but tonight it's just us - me and my co-host Mr. Felty breaking out uncompromising Funk records and the sweetest of all Soul, all on vinyl, all original, all the real deal!

We won't stick to just the super rare tracks tonight, but mix in some more known Funk and Soul artists of the 60s and 70s (and 2000s), but their lesser known tracks.

We'll have a true MONSTER by Labelle for you tonight that's gonna blow you out of your socks (I'd put money on it), and some very early Earth, Wind & Fire amongst other great tracks.
