That used to be my jam. Back then I was convinced that song heralded the arrival of a great band. But I didn't like anything else as much as "Here We Go Again."

I love this song "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

"Here We Go Again" was the jam and "Day by Day" was also nice. But I really liked "On & On", "Heartache" and "Honey Dip" the most off their debut.
Their 2nd album was "mehh". And its funny 'cause they released a greatest hits album when they are REALLY a one hit wonder.

u didn't like "Honey Dip" "Day By Day" or "I Can Call You" ? Yes. Back when R'n'B was still viable. Doh! I really liked their second CD too. Fantasy is reality in the world today. But I'll keep hangin in there, that is the only way.

Who remembers that episode of "Family Matters" where Portrait performed this song at a school dance?

I do. This group was one of the few vocal groups i dug that came out in the early nineties i liked when Shai, UNV, Silk, and a shitload of boy groups were out. I thought both portrait albums were pretty good. Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint

I love this song. I become the 13 year old all over again when I listen to this song. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
