Current French Music Anyone know any current French songs? Dance/Club/Pop/RnB songs? Something that let's say Britney Spears or Justin Timberlake would release? That type of music. The only ones I really know of, are M. Pokora. And Yelle, but not crazy about her. Who else is there? | |

That's why I hardly listen to current top 50 french hits and all those RnBouse tracks sung by cow-eyed puppets with limited vocabulary. Music values get lost...

There's this 19-year-old singer named Hailie Wallas who's affiliated with a French producer I check for named Tyler Bany. She sounds very Jennifer Lopez at times, then Kylie-ish. And raps at times with that electro-swagger chick vibe. Her songs fit nicely with something like The Saturdays or Danity Kane. She sings in a hybrid of French and English [mostly English to crossover int'ly]. Veryyy new act, so her tracks on her myspace sound raw. Two decent tracks on her myspace.
