We've talked about Houston. Let's get into Dallas. Texas is very large populated state. Not only is it the 2nd largest state by land mass it's the 2nd most populated. Only California is more populated. It holds the 4th largest city
...Houston. And the 4th largest metropolitain area....Dallas.

I've lived in Houston and Dallas and like most people in Texas prefer Houston. Dallas is smaller and more compact. It's more conservative. They consider themselves more white collar although we both have more than our fair share of white and blue collar workers. Dallas is the city that's Texas. We call ourselves Houstonians but they call themselves Texans. Everything in Dallas is about Texas. Dallas Cowboys,Dallas Mavericks, Texas Stadium, Bank of North Texas. You'd swear it's a city of 6 million thatdoesn't know it's not in a small Texas town in the 1800s.

The city of Dallas is actually smaller than San Antonio. But together with Ft.Worth it becomes The Dallas-Ft.Worth Metroplex. So if you live in or in the vicinity or have even been there give your opinion about D/FW.
