I never really liked the song Walking in Memphis but I love her cover of "Love Hurts" even with the OTT early '90s rawk production. Her voice is just perfect for that song. | |

I like both versions of 'Walking in Memphis'
But I wouldn't call it the best cover. ? I'd have to think about, but this song wouldn't be in the running, Kane Gang, "Don't Look Any Further," Fine Young Cannibals, "Suspicious Minds," "Ever Fallen in Love." Sinead O'Connor, "Nothing Compares to You" Michael Jackson, "Come Together" come readily to mind . . . [Edited 3/4/09 20:02pm] I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think. |
