Yep, also Alyson Williams and Eric McClinton were part of the group. One of the few creations of the late Fred Jaques Petrus,
who sorta continued producing with elements of the NYC-sound by Chic. The productions were recorded in the US and Italy.

in the early-80s,there were so many Chic-sounding records and this song is one of them.It's ironic that Chic's popularity was fading at the same time when so many other groups were emulating them.

Their second album 2 years later has some wild cuts as well. Synths are in full effect on there, and Eric McClinton sang more leadparts on this project.
Meli'sa had left the group after the first album, and before her eventual debut-album she appeared as background-vocalist on various projects with Kashif/Paul Laurence-productions.
The album "This Is Your Time" by Change from the same year has sorta similar-sounding tracks as these :
