Jackson will Perform "Spectacular New Songs" in Concert! The news keeps getting better for Michael Jackson fans. Randy Phillips of AEG Live announced to CNN, on video, that "Michael Jackson's going to do all the hits--the way people want to see it, with some fabulous new productions that we're in the process of designing." Even more importantly, Phillips confirmed that "there will be a couple of new songs and some new music, which I've heard, and it's spectacular. There's a reason he's the King of Pop!" In related news, a spokesperson for AEG Live confirmed that the official concert site, MichaelJacksonLive.com, has been receiving an astonishing 16,000 hits per second which has made it difficult to keep the site functioning. Presale tickets are expected to be officially up for grabs starting March 13th. Some third party ticket venues have already began selling "guaranteed" tickets for when they become available, but MJJR.net encourages fans to proceed with extreme caution if ordering tickets from any third party venue especially when the official sales date hasn't commenced. http://mjjr.net/ +++++= Marrk, now you REALLY have to go so we can bootleg the new songs and sell them! Sounds Good MICHAEL JACKSON

I'm sure Michael doesnt feel that the whole USA hates him/is out to get him. We may not be as crazy and hardcore like the overseas fans, but he still has a solid fanbase here in America and I think it would be an insult to his American fans if he did not have a few final performances here. Times have been harsh here in America for the past couple of years economy wise, and most of his fans dont have $1500-$2000 to spend to go all the way to London to see him perform. I don't believe every single word that the American media has spoonfed us for it is best to analyze for yourself, and as much as I would love to see him perform for the first time, I don't blame him if he doesn't perform here, again. I'm not keen on them. Don't forget he would have to pay them. Why should he?

Prince's record is dead ....21 Nights is gone the only thing is MJ health if he's up for it and from the reports i've read and the insiders at the o2 he looks in good physical shape....strong is a word i've never seen next to MJ but this is coming from Non-fan's ...."He felt strong...he looked physical strong". From the video of the press conference i can tell that mj looks healthy and strong, and if we keep beliveing the media them mj would have been dead years ago MICHAEL JACKSON

so how many shows is Mike gonna do? Was this announced at the press conference?
Interestingly, another 80s icon,Madonna, will be playing 29 shows in Europe this summer! Is Prince planning a tour as well? The 80s are back! Janet better get her act together or she's gonna get left behind! There's no reason not to get out there and tour.

Some MJ-diehards are funny. Everyone wants to go to these shows. Even the ones who don’t like MJ. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

It wont be touched. anyway, if the NUMBER OF DATES (not the quality of the nights) is to be touched, madonna will do it as she is a hungry lady when it comes to fame and fortune. i think it's also worth noting that prince did aftershows too, many exceeding the main shows so, not only does that raise the number of times per4med, this puts prince's record in the untouchable category [Edited 3/6/09 6:58am] This Post is produced, arranged, composed and performed by WetDream

I agree it's very annoying that LondonStyle keeps mentioning how Prince's record will be broken. Even if it happens, the circumstances are very different because Prince is a regular touring act compared to MJ, who only had 3 solo tours within 20 years and didn't tour since 1997, so obviously the demand would be higher.

Yeah, that's why her tour became the biggest grossing solo tour ever, and then it was extended to 2009 where she's performing mostly *stadiums*. Oh and with one date in Wembley Stadium, she got what Prince earned with 10 shows in O2. MJ will earn around $40 million with 20 dates, twice as Prince.

(sorry for the off-topic) Apparently, not anymore. She just added a date in Paris, right after Manchester so July 7-8-9 all have a Madonna show and fans speculate if the second Manchester date might be cut...
