Just add some fat into those cheek bones, and get a good wig and you're set dude biggrin

And ditch those sunglasses! He's been wearing them for years! BTW, what happened to his natural hair? confuse

See there's the problem right there. I'm not here trying to debate with anyone. I'm just giving my opinion and having conversation NOT debate over MJ or Prince. That's not fun to me. Even if I was into doing a debate over them, I wouldn't have the debate with you seeing how you've acted.

Sorry to interrupt the flow of the thread but that had to be addressed to Marrk.

What would make this tour even more special is if his brothers or/and Janet showed up on certain nights of the tour. That would be off the chain. What do you guys think of that?

At least the ticket prices aren't as bad as we all feared.

NME is reporting tickets will be priced between £50 and £75.

Being in Australia I am seriously considering flying across for 2 shows. I did fly to the states to catch 2 shows in 3121 in Vegas for Prince and loved doing that, so I am hoping it will be worth it.

It looks like he rehearsed every gesture and it still ends up being a hot mess. lol

So sad. lol

Poor guy. I'm sure he'll put on a great show, assuming he can still moonwalk while lip syncing his old hits.

Holy crap, I didn't realize he had such a big CRACK in his chin until I saw a close-up pic from today. WTF IS THAT?!?!?! omfg

It's sad, especially after I watched one of those old videos and thought how cute he used to be.

Okay, I give up. What the fuck is your problem? Do you realise you sound about 13? Your behaviour in this thread, the constant snide, meaningless little throwaway comments is some of the most juvenile I have seen on this board in a long time (and that's saying something). What gives?

I think it would be great for him to take it for a small scale world tour:

10 nights in the UK
1 night in France
2 nights in Japan
2 nights in Australia
5 nights in the States

Well I would love a world tour. And that AEG are saying it MAY be the first step in a 3 year plan including new album and world tour is promising. But I have been a fan of MJ for long enough to know that until its on sale its all speculation. I mean members of Prince's band told me they were coming to Australia to support 3121 but that never eventuated.

He hasn't done a show out here since the Triumph Tour when they performed in San Francisco. He did do a promo tour for Off The Wall where he spent the day in Oakland. I have footage of it

Maybe it's actually Prince's fans that don't like MJ and are bitter about the attention MJ brings

Maybe it's that we don't like abusers who pay off their victims to keep quiet. Someone with his visibility in the world would've surely spent their last penny, if truly innocent, to clear their name, instead of spending it to buy silence.

Um Ok Serena I don't mean to be harsh here or disrespectful so please take this with the intent it is given.

First off, I seem to see you constantly taking snipes on this thread, and all of us are trying to be respectful of the artists being discussed, however you don't seem to even want to focus on the music, but more want to play in rumour and innuendo.

Secondly your claim that "someone with his visibility in the world would've surely spent their last penny, if truly innocent, to clear their name, instead of spending it to buy silence." seems a little out of place and incorrect.

Yes Michael settled the first case, which he has since said was a mistake, and he regrets. And as for the ridiculous allegations of 2005 - Michael did fight this and did, it seems, spend near to every penny defending his innocence. One of the reasons many of you seem to imply he needs to do these shows.

So I guess like the courts and jury in which he was tried, you too by your own reasoning deem Michael innocent.

Now please everyone, can we stop with the pointless and disruptive posts.

It seems a lot of people are excited about the July shows. As well they should. What to expect, we all really don't know. It's all speculation and conjecture. And to call the shows a trainwreck or even the greatest shows on earth months before opening night is about has accurate as calling Lotusflow3r the biggest flop or biggest achievement before it is released.

Let us, the fans and admirers of Michael, enjoy the excitement of a new tour and likelihood of a new album without having to endure a barrage of negativity. The same way we want to enjoy the new ventures of Prince without negativity.

Jackson will Perform "Spectacular New Songs" in Concert!

The news keeps getting better for Michael Jackson fans. Randy Phillips of AEG Live announced to CNN, on video, that "Michael Jackson's going to do all the hits--the way people want to see it, with some fabulous new productions that we're in the process of designing." Even more importantly, Phillips confirmed that "there will be a couple of new songs and some new music, which I've heard, and it's spectacular. There's a reason he's the King of Pop!"

In related news, a spokesperson for AEG Live confirmed that the official concert site, MichaelJacksonLive.com, has been receiving an astonishing 16,000 hits per second which has made it difficult to keep the site functioning. Presale tickets are expected to be officially up for grabs starting March 13th. Some third party ticket venues have already began selling "guaranteed" tickets for when they become available, but MJJR.net encourages fans to proceed with extreme caution if ordering tickets from any third party venue especially when the official sales date hasn't commenced.
