Michael Jackson's Songs Waiting For Posthumous Release

Michael JacksonMichael Jackson has recorded more than 100 songs in secret - but is refusing to release the tracks until after his death, according to a biographer.

The Thriller singer has amassed a stack of tunes but only wants them to be heard by his children - Prince, 11, Paris Katherine, 10, and five-year-old Prince Michael II - after he dies, according to Ian Halperin, author of forthcoming book Unmasked, The Michael Jackson Story.

Halperin says, "I was astonished by the number of songs which have been held back. I was told that he will not let them come out now but wants to leave them for his kids, a very personal legacy to them."

MJ is the self titled "King Of Pop" and that's why he called his sons Prince.

So... Is Michael an egomaniac? We have no idea. wink

I could be wrong, but I saw that on ET or Xtra after his first son was born then.

It's not a 'net rumor.

Damn man... No love 4 MJ at the org then huh? lol lol lol

U can't really be calling songs like "Billie Jean" and "Thriller" shit though are U? Cuz if U are then 2 be honest, I think that would show some pretty poor judgment on U're part. confused Whether U like him or not, U can't deny his musical legacy.

Dude, through my time on the org i realized that you should not take any negative stuff said about MJ seriously, you hear the worst and the weirdest statements about MJ on the org, the most laughable one was "That MJ can't sing" lol they did say that lol ....

all that quincy jones produced rod temperton written stuff is good, it's when he thought he could do away with those guys that it all went very badly wrong

you just need to listen to the demo version of billie jean to see what i mean. quincy took something that sounded like a cat shitting in a dustbin and made it a hit single, getting great musicians in the recording sessions and doing a really great job. it also shows that you can still have a massive hit single even if the video is shit and tacky. mj spent to much effort into the videos and not the music after quincy left

Michaels sons are named after his grandfather prince albert screws

Childhood

Born Katherine B. Screws on May 4, 1930 in Barbour County, Alabama, Jackson was the daughter of Martha ("Mattie") Upshaw and Prince Albert Screws [1]. Katherine's father changed his last name to "Scruse" and upon leaving Alabama, Katherine's name was changed to "Katherine Esther Scruse" when she was four. Katherine contracted polio as a child though she eventually made a full recovery from the disease. Because of the disease's effects, she walks with a noticeable limp. At four, her family moved to American Fork, Utah.

once again another ignorant prince fan clapping

i don't know what demos you've been listening to but most of mj's demos sound exactly like the record, maybe you are refering to some of the earlier rough demos he would do of each song. If you knew anything you would that mj does several demos of each song, starting with a rough one and eventually ending with a final one that usually is no different than the one on the album, futher more, what demos sound perfect anyway, they are demos they aren't supposed to sound perfect they are suppose to be a guide for the finished product. only a prince fan would try to take away michaels credit for a song he WROTE and composed , that's why i call you people pathetic.and for the record some of michaels best work was WRITTEN, COMPOSED, and produced by him, For example "this place hotel", that is a song he wrote with quincy or rod temperton nowhere in sight. Of course you people will try to degrade anything he did after thriller but mj's history album and his dangerous album are both brilliant in their on way. Stranger in moscow was written, produced and compsed by Mj alone.

You people are pathetic, and i say this because you first of all are so insecure about prince that you have to talk trash about someone else to feel better and because you are hypocrites, you talk about mj for wanting to sell recored when there have been several threads on the prince forum asking how many records prince has sold. Hypocrites.

This was written by Ian Halperin, then it's complete bullshit lol

If you want to know about some of MJ's unreleased tracks, check out this thread I made last year

The list isn't finished. The info is from the book "For The Record"

Thats what typical and fanatical prince fans has been saying for years, discerditing Mj's role as a songwriter and claiming that he is only a puppet in the studio , and of course all of this is a LIE, many songs MJ has written after quincy completely refute your theory.

i'm not saying he hasn't written many songs, i'm saying that he didn't write many of his best hits. i'm not saying he was a puppet either, in fact the opposite. the more control he had over his music, the worse it became, no matter how much money he threw at writers, producers and videos. he simply lacked the talent to do it himself. the reason mj fans keep going on about billie jean is because it was one of the best records he made in 30 years, and he hasn't done anything decent in the last 10 years, and nothing great in the last 20 years
